Home Banking Instructions

For your security, you will need the following personal information to successfully enroll:

Begin by enrolling in online banking

Your Member Number - Include the 3 trailing zero’s.

Your Social Security Number – Primary Member SSN, Enter without dashes

Your Primary Email Address – The first email address on record

Enrollment steps:

1. Enter your Member Number, SSN and email address.
2. Agree to the Home Banking Disclosure.
3. Enter a new Login ID. (New Login ID requires both alpha and numeric)
4. A Temporary Password is sent to your email.
5. Set up Security Questions and a Confidence Word (Shows on the Login page).
6. Enter your Temporary Password.
7. Answer the Security Questions and enter your email address.
8. Enter your Temporary Password again.
9. Enter your new Login ID, Temporary Password again, create a New Password and Reenter your New Password. The New Password requires an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a special character (! @ # $ %). It also needs to be between 8-15 characters long.
